2023/24 IPE TARIFF DETERMINATION

The IPE's determination has been made pursuant to Schedule 6 of the Undertaking to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

MIRRAT is considering its options to challenge that determination. MIRRAT reserves its rights to amend our tariff schedule following any successful challenge and to pursue, retrospectively, the full amount of the tariffs indicated in the proposed schedule published 1 May 2023 or as redetermined.
